Want to compete in powerlifting or improve your strength and fitness? We can help with a range of in-person or online coaching options.
We’ve handled powerlifters from local meets to international level competitions while navigating the factors that impact our ability to push ourselves in training whether it be mental or physical.
Our athlete’s mental health is paramount to what we do.
What is your experience?
Let’s work with what you have already. In our first appointment, we will go through your experience with coaches and discover what worked well for you and what didn’t work well for you along with an analysis of your strength training so far.
For online coaching, we offer a complimentary 30 minute discovery call to get an idea of where you’re at and how you think we can help.
If you’ve had a history of repeated injuries, we can help manage these with our background in Exercise Physiology and range of trusted Allied Health Professionals in our referral network.
