Be You EPC encompasses the support that any client or athlete may require to reach their own idea of being themselves. I pride myself on providing inclusive strength training for all bodies and abilities.
I first began my career as a personal training in 2016 after graduating from my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Griffith University. I have had my share of PT’s by that time and I knew about the positive influences that being personable and present for your clients could bring. My goal was to do the same with myself.
Fast forward to the end of 2022 and I’ve had a great deal of experience from a personal training to coaching and barbell rehab environment. During that time found myself wanting to focus on Mental Health in “Performance” contextually provided by my clients. Performance, to me, is based on my client’s goals and support is provided in a positive environment that encourages you to be you.
In 2023, I re-branded myself as Be You: Exercise Physiology and Coaching. My interest lay within mental health across clinical, healthy, and athletic populations, from chronic condition management or post-surgical intervention to National level Powerlifting. In my ongoing passion for mental health support, I recently completed my Master’s of Counselling to ensure I continue providing the best support I can for the people who work with me.
In my free time, I create music, play games, and generally just veg out with my partner Addie and our cat, Bitton.
