We pride ourselves on ensuring we get the most out of our time together. Our initial appointments are 60min, with subsequent appointments having the option of either 60min or 30min depending on your needs or budget.

For continued support, we also provide 1:1 coaching or 4:1 group sessions (feel free to check out those services).

We accept Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and Workcover QLD referrals*.

*please note that DVA and Workcover appointments have their own fee structure but you can still book through the link below
