I offer a range of in-person or online coaching options.

I’ve handled powerlifters from local meets to international level competitions while navigating the factors that impact your ability to push ourselves in training whether it be mental or physical.

My athlete’s mental health is paramount to what I do.

With a background in exercise physiology, strength coaching, and counselling, my focus isn’t just on what you should do—but helping you actually stick to it.

What is your experience?

Let’s work with what you have already. In our first appointment, we will go through your experience with coaches and discover what worked well for you and what didn’t work well for you along with an analysis of your strength training so far.

If you’ve had a history of repeated injuries, I can help manage these with my background in Exercise Physiology and Counselling, as well as access to a range of trusted Allied Health Professionals in our referral network.

I have online coaching and telehealth options available

All of my clients receive their programs through My Strength Book, the app which you will also have access to training feedback videos, Be You EPC community group chats, and weekly program updates.
