Your Questions, Answered

  • I help people move better, get stronger, and feel healthier through personalised Exercise Physiology and Coaching.

With qualifications as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and PACFA Registered Counsellor, I support both your physical and mental wellbeing. I also coach Powerlifting athletes—from complete beginners to elite competitors.

  • I work with a wide range of conditions, with a focus on helping you move better, reduce pain, and build long-term strength and confidence.

    This includes:

    • Gym and training-related injuries

    • Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation

    • Chronic pain conditions

    • Neurological conditions

My approach is individualised and holistic—I don’t just look at the injury or diagnosis, but also your lifestyle, training history, and overall wellbeing. With a background in both Exercise Physiology and counselling, I aim to support not only your physical recovery, but also the mental side of training, pain, and performance.

Whether your goal is to get out of pain, return to training, or perform at a higher level, we’ll work together to create a plan that’s realistic, structured, and sustainable.

  • Your initial 60-minute session is all about understanding you—your goals, your body, and what could be holding you back.

We’ll explore your medical history, lifestyle, and training background, then move through a detailed movement assessment.

From there, we’ll work together to create a personalised plan tailored to your goals—whether that’s improving health, managing pain, or building strength. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a program to get started (or adjustments to your current training).

  • You don’t need a referral before booking an appointment. We currently accept Medicare, DVA, NDIS, and Workcover referrals.

  • We don’t bulk bill, however we do have short subsequent Exercise Physiology appointments available.

  • No HICAPS currently, but claiming is easy. We provide invoices for private health, and we process Medicare rebates for you (usually back within 1–2 business days).

  • You are more than welcome to contact us via phone or email to discuss options. This includes referring onto our trusted referral network if needed.
