Semi-Private Coaching

A woman and a man are chatting in a gym near weightlifting equipment. The woman is holding a water bottle and wearing glasses, while the man is smiling with his hand on his hip. Both are dressed in black gym shirts.

Want to engage in the social aspects of training?

For folks who might struggle to engage in the gym space on their own and want to keep engaging coaching at a more affordable rate, we have the option of semi-private coaching services.

After an initial consultation, we welcome anyone and everyone to our group sessions where you’ll receive your own program and train with like-minded people. Offered at a range of times, we’ll be able to find something that works for you and your schedule.

While research in mental health and exercise indicate a positive relationship, it has been suggested that the primary driver of mental health improvements come from the social relationships formed with exercise as well as positive feedback we get from our body during and after completing a session.

We work as a team.

Training with other people allow us to find support and be supportive to those around us. Whether it’s changing weights and figuring out bar math or encouraging another participant in pushing a new PB, these semi-private sessions provide you with the tools to ensure a positive relationship with exercise.
